Skating woman by Morante
Extremely hard
to find Chryselephantine (Ivory and bronze).
Ivory is of course pre 1973 Cites - Washington convention.
Ivory on this figure is circa 1920 and I will give buyer a certificate).
Signed by french artist MORANTE.
Basis is Marble and onyx and is a lamp.
Bronze Is double patina
(gold and silver).
Size is impressive 18" high. Very uncommon
for such figures.
Bronze without marble is 14" high.
Condition is excellent with normal wear on patina.
