Each year, more than
500 items are sold and sent all over the world. About 50% to USA,
15% to Japan and Australia, 25% to Europe. We are situated in
the center of France, in the wonderful town of Vichy which has a rich architectural
heritage and relaxed quality of life. This central location in France
and in Europe allows us quick and easy travel to all the most important
professional events such as Antiques Fairs, Shows and Auctions.
In this way we are able to locate the highest quality
merchandise and offer it to our clientele at excellent prices.
We are also very happy to source items to order - please feel free
to contact us with your requests. Our favorite genre is Decorative
Art from the 1900's to the 1930's which you can see on our
web site but we also specialize in collectable items which
we generally prefer to use Ebay to sell. That is why we invite you

Diploma in Logistics. XXth century decorative arts have been a passion
for him since he was 15 years old. 8 years were spent working
in the logistic branch of the biggest french Automobile company....
and then in 1998 he decided to create his own Antiques
Company.
This joint expertise
in antiques knowledge and professional logistics is our unique guarantee
for you to get the best items in the best way. We understand
the importance of ensuring that your purchase arrives promptly and
without damage, and consequently all of our items are very
well packed in new materials. We usually ship with the French
Postal Service, but also use UPS, DHL, Fedex and Chronopost
upon request. We can also organise specialist packing and shipping
solutions. For example, in 2005 we packed and shipped a 15
foot stained glass sign by Air Freight to the USA !! It
arrived in perfect condition. Alternatively we are happy to
deliver items to your own shipper in France if required.
General
informations :
Payment : We accept Bidpay, Paypal,
Western Union, Cashier Checks, Bank Transfer.

Sometimes, clients
are asking for payment in several months. As often as possible we
try to accept such solution. But first payment is considered as
non refundable deposit. This means that if after 3 months and
3 payments you decide to cancel your order, we will refund all your
money but not the first payment. Security for electricity : All our lamps and electric items are
to be rewired and adapted to your countries electric system. Generally,
this adaptation is easy to do (cable and bulb holders are to
be changed). For example, in the USA the cost is from 50 to
100$us to have this job professionally done.
Shipping and Insurance
All prices on this
web site do not include shipping costs. We will be happy to
cote you exact amount upon request. (Generally shipping a chandelier
to United States of America, using regular service of french postal
company is about 100$us.) We propose insurance for your
shipments. - Insurance covers Lost parcel - Insurance covers
Damages : Only if you put a written note on the delivery receipt
when you receive a box that is obviously damaged. The best in this
case, is in fact to refuse delivery and to keep a copy of delivery
receipt with your written note "box refused, bad
condition, tears, bumps". WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN NOTES ON
DELIVERY RECEIPT IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO GET REIMBURSEMENT.
WRITTEN NOTES MUST BE PRECISE
Customs
We declare full value
of the goods we send anywhere in the world. Customs charges depend
on your country law. For example items over 100 years old items
are import duty free for USA.
