Antoine Calbert was born August 16rh 1860 in Engayrac (Lot-et-Garonne), he died in Paris in 1944. Since 1880 Calbert had exhibitions in the Salon des Artistes Francais, he was a member of this salon. He won several medals in 1891, 1892, 1893 and a silver medal in 1900. Antoine Calbert was an officer of the Legion d’Honneur. Painter of portraits
