Art deco bronze clock with cats. Lavroff ?

A stunning art deco clock with silver plated cat watching at birds.
Very high quality. Excellent condition. Not signed but often attributed to Lavroff.
Marked on dial by watch maker / Seller "Sain in Avignon".
