Art nouveau, Arts and Crafts pair of photo frames

Very interesting circa 1900/1920 Art Nouveau / Arts and Crafts photo frames.
Wood, pewter and orange/red stone (or enamel plates ?)
Hard to notice tears on pewter on one of the frames.
French, Austrian or Belgium ? Serrurier Bovy ?
Very uncommon and decorative.
Each frame is 21cm x 12.5cm
