A stunning Claire Colinet Chryselephantine bronze and Ivory sculpture of a flute dancer.

A rare find. These Chryselephantines are becoming more and more hard to find.
Most of them are now in public and private collections. This one offered here is coming from an estate from south of France.
There is on the sculpture marble base a metal plate (we can remove on request) that explains that sculpture is offered to the french labor minister / senator by custom administration. Dated 1926.
