Sometimes, clients are asking for payment in several months. As often as possible we try to accept such solution. But first payment is considered as non refundable deposit.
This means that if after 3 months and 3 payments you decide to cancel your order, we will refund all your money but not the first payment.
Security for electricity
All our lamps and electric items are to be rewired and adapted to your countries electric system. Generally, this adaptation is easy to do (cable and bulb holders are to be changed). For example, in the USA the cost is from 50 to 100$us to have this job professionally done.
Shipping and Insurance
All prices on this web site do not include shipping costs.
We will be happy to cote you exact amount upon request.
(Generally shipping a chandelier to United States of America, using regular service of french postal company is about 100$us.)
We propose insurance for your shipments:
- Insurance covers Lost parcel
- Insurance covers Damages
Only if you put a written note on the delivery receipt when you receive a box that is obviously damaged. The best in this case, is in fact to refuse delivery and to keep a copy of delivery receipt with your written note "box refused, bad condition, tears, bumps".
WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN NOTES ON DELIVERY RECEIPT IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO GET REIMBURSEMENT.
WRITTEN NOTES MUST BE PRECISE
We declare full value of the goods we send anywhere in the world. Customs charges depend on your country law. For example items over 100 years old items are import duty free for USA. Sarl Frenchcab does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any decision by buyer country authorities to confiscate or distroy pieces purchased. It is the responsibility of the client to verify with the local authorities concerning the importation or use of the products.
