Alexander Barkoff (September 4, 1870 Helsinki - 1944 Athens, Greece) was a Russian painter.

Barkoff studied at the Central School of Art and Design in 1890 and 1895–1897 and at the Finnish Art Association's School of Drawing in 1893–1897. He participated in the exhibitions of Finnish Artists in 1897, 1898, 1899, 1901 and 1905. Barkoff moved from Finland abroad in 1900 and lived mainly in Thessaloniki and Athens, Greece. He also spent long periods in Paris and Florence. He spent the last years of his life in Greece. Barkoff also worked as a cartoonist.
