Modernist architect project for a floor lamp. Perzel ? Desny ?

Rare and very well done architect project for a floor lamp.
I don't have been able to find who did this lamp... if finally done... but design is very close to Perzel, Desny or early Boris Lacroix works.
Excellent condition. Circa 1930.
