Alexis Zvetkoff, Russian painter of figures, portraits, landscapes, still lifes and flowers. He left Russia after the October Revolution of 1917 and settled in Belgium in the early 1920s. He worked with almost photographic precision but always demonstrated a romantic temperament. He exhibited in Brussels, Charleroi Ghent, Liège and Mons where he had his last exhibition in 1963.
