Bayard pour HERMES Paris clock

A leather covered clock in a horse calliper.
Excellent condition. Movement Works.
Clock is stamped "Bayard" on back cover and leather is inscribed "cousu main" (hand stitched).

Note
I have found two identical clocks auctionned as "Hermes". The one I propose here is not inscribed Hermes.
It is likely that this clock was marketed interchangeably by Bayard directly and by its distributor at the time "Hermes".
