Robert Delandre monument project

Very interesting and impressive plaster project for an art deco monument by Robert Delandre (1879-1961). 
(Another project for the same monument is displayed in french Museum of Elbeuf near Rouen / Normandie / France).

The monument project was envisaged to honour Normandie région in France. The monument was never built.
