Stunning art deco bronze sculpture by Alexandre Ouline.This bronze sculpture is marked “bronze” and signed “Ouline” in the metal. Very nice scene of a man with a lionness and a lion.
Size is about 29″ x 8″ x 19″ ( about 70cm x 20cm x 48cm)
Alexandre Ouline was a fine Art Deco era sculptor, born in Belgium, working in France. Ouline worked for a very brief period (1918-1940), making his pieces highly collectable. He was known for his fine figural and bust bronze statues.
