Aristide COLOTTE. ball glass with bird. Prestigious provenance.

Aristide COLOTTE (1885-1959)

Rare ball vase with a carved stylized bird.
Hand carved clear cristal.
Dedicated to Director of Lorraine company (Lorraine Dietrich cars manufacturer in the 20's and 30's).
Signed. Circa 1920.
15.5cm high 15.5cm diameter
Condition : A large crack inside the glass on one side. Glass is strong. Crack can be invisible depending how you display the vase. See last picture for the picture with crack. I would usually not propose vase with a crack inside but this one is such an historical piece that I have decided to offer it on my website. Such vase would be more than 5000euros at auction if in good condition. My price is just a portion of that.
