A rare and large 80cm silver plated bronze sculpture depicting a sleeping faun, near his bagpipes, arousing a young deer curiosity.
With no doubt, an homage to Debussy "prelude to the afternoon of a faun" so famous symphony.
Signed to the bronze.
Wood recent base.
Circa 1925. Excellent condition.
