'DANCER WITH SCARAB HALTER', CIRCA 1925, ENGRAVED D.H. CHIPARUS TO TOP OF PLINTH

Cast and carved from a model and depicting a woman in an exotic costume with a scarab on her top, onyx plinth.

French. Circa 1925. Stunning condition excepted a crack (repair ?) on the right foot. (instep).
The crack is absolutely strong. No missing ivory. No replaced Ivory. Just a crack. Visible on my pictures.
You can also see on my picture darker areas on ivory (back of the lady, right arm). This is just NATURAL color variation of Ivory.
41cm high.
