Nice and elegant bronze sculpture of an elephant in the manner of Bugatti.
Patina is good and foundry is nice quality.
I don't think that this bronze is 1930's but more probably 1950's or 1960's.
Size is 42cm x 11cm x 23cm (16.8" x 4.3" x 9")
