Nude Art deco painting

Wonderfull oil on wood 1930's painting. Signature is hard to read. Could be JP or JB Richard... Rechard... Reclard... Not sure ! Size with frame is 48cm x 57cm (18.9" x 22.4"). Painting without frame is 37.5cm x 46cm (14.8" x 18.1"). Excellent condition for painting. Frame shows stains and should be changed. Circa 1930.
