Large Art deco painting. Race Car

Circa 1920/1930 large art deco painting.
Race car in the oasis.
Probably inspired by Grand Prix de Tripoli that was an important race in the 1920's and 1930's.
This painting is not signed but there is an arab inscription on the lower part. I don't have been able to translate it. But it seems it is question of "friends" and "life".
Very high quality of art work.
This painting is an oil on canvas. Canvas shows restauration on back.
This does not mean that the painting has been repared. Just the linen.
Either it is a reusued linen that has been restored before reuse (common practice in the early XXth century) or it is just a preventive restoration of fragile areas.
There is a painter supplies shop in Lyon / France stamp on wood chassis.
Probably french. Circa 1920/1930
Very dirty. To be cleaned.
