Leon Lagrange.
Sculptor and Aviator.
He studied sculpture from 1894 to 1899 at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris in the workshops of Louis-Ernest Barrias (1841-1905) and Charles Vital-Cornu (1851-1927). He exhibited at the Salon des artistes français and became a member in 1900. He had his studio at 14, rue Fontaine in Paris2, as well as rue Boissonade in Montparnasse. The artistic environment he frequents allows him to approach that still in its infancy of aviation, which becomes for him a second passion.
